Enterprise drives are specified differently from consumer models: higher annualised workload ratings, longer MTBF, end-to-end data protection, and in many cases dual-port connectivity for redundant controller paths. They are also the drives most likely to be needed urgently, because a failed array member is a live problem rather than a planned upgrade.

Every drive is tested and backed by our standard return policy. Items marked as ships in ~5 business days are sourced to order from our distribution partners and carry the full manufacturer warranty.

Due to high demand, occasionally some of our products do go out of stock. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels, and we usually expect to replenish any product line within a couple of weeks. If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is out of stock and it looks like it will take longer than expected to get it to you.
